Any dispute, claim, or legal proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be brought exclusively: (a) for United States users, in the state or federal courts with jurisdiction over Huntersville, North Carolina; or (b) for Canadian users, in the courts with jurisdiction over Georgetown, Ontario. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.
